Meet Your Hosts

The Hull Family

Our Mission is to provide admirable customer service combined with offering a safe, relaxing and entertaining camping experience for all campers and visitors.

Prior to retiring to a campground, Jimmy worked for over 30 years as a maintenance and production supervisor in a machine shop. Janet continues to work as a controller and human resource manager.  Over the years, Jimmy and Janet have acquired 11 rental homes, in which they maintain and manage themselves, along with holding full time jobs.

While trying to decide a suitable retirement business for the two, Jimmy and Janet considered many options and always returned to the campground idea. This idea came from their daughter, Toni, who has said for many years she wants to manage a campground. They often planned family camping while their girls were growing up and loved the atmosphere of a campground. A campground has so much to offer, in so many fields, that they see all their children being able to be a part of their retirement plan. They love to be busy and have a variety pack of tasks.

Jimmy and Janet grew up in the Emmett area, along with raising their three girls, Toni, Alex and Sam. Toni accomplished a Bachelors' degree in business management from Walsh College and will be managing the campground; she has 12 seasons of experience at the Emmett KOA. In her spare time, she is a photographer and manages a rental home of her own. Her two girls are often found helping with the barrel train. Alex has achieved a license in massage therapy from Irene's Myomassology Institute. She is currently doing massage therapy at a local chiropractic offices. She also has worked at the Emmett KOA for 10 seasons.  Sam is an alumini from MSU. Her passion is to work with the behavior of animals. She is currently working as the assistant manager at the campground.

Keeping the campers happy and entertained is another way we strive to shine in our campground business. We hope you and your family have a wonderful camping experience and start new family traditions, just as we enjoyed with our girls.
